While
accessing my account, my screen said “Session Expired”, what do I do?
For your protection, Countybank sets a session timeout so that your account
is not available if you leave your terminal unattended. If this error
occurs, we recommend closing your browser. If you still cannot get to
your accounts, please call us at 1-864-942-1524.

How do I know if my browser connection to my account is secure?
Netscape, AOL, and Internet Explorer browsers have the ability to secure
pages for the last several versions of their software. If you are in the
secure site, you will see a small padlock icon or key in the bottom of
your browser window, depending on which one you use. Our system uses 128-bit
Encryption to eliminate eavesdropping and guarantee your security. For
even more security information, click on the Security button while in
Countybank Online Banking. It is located along the bottom of the screen
next to our Privacy button.

What
platforms do you support?
We recommend that you use the latest browser available for your platform.
We fully support Windows and Macintosh operating environments and recommend
that you have the very latest browser available for your platform of choice.
We certainly support other operating environments, but do not have the
capacity to test each individual operating scenario. It is in your best
interest to get a 128-bit secure browser for optimum secure transactions.
Netscape and Microsoft each have a 128-bit SSL compliant browser.

Can
I use the Forward and Back browser buttons while in the bank?
While logged into the bank, do not use your browser's "Forward"
(->) and "Back" (<-) buttons to navigate between pages.
When this happens you may get the message: "Warning: Page has expired."
This feature is for your security. Simply return to our home page and
log in to Countybank Online Banking again.

Can
I resize my browser window while in the bank?
While logged into the bank, do not resize your browser window. This will,
in many cases, break your secure connection established between your browser
and our secure Web server. This is because when your browser is resized,
it must re-access the web server for information to refresh your window.
When it does this, the browser doesn't include your secure session information,
and the secure connection to the bank is dropped. When this happens, you
will get the message: "Your interactive session has ended."

Can
I close my browser to log off?
Use the "Logout" button to log-off. You may experience connectivity
problems by not logging off Countybank Online Banking properly. Use the
"Logout" button when you are done transacting your bank business.
While you are logged into the bank, you have an online session running
on our bank's host computer system. This system is analogous to the system
a bank teller would use at an old-fashioned branch bank. By clicking the
"Logout" button when you leave the site, you are completing
the host session properly. This will help to ensure your next sign-on
to the bank to be a successful one!
