1 The bonus is only available for new consumer accounts. The promotion period to determine the following bonus is for new accounts established with money from another financial institution only under qualifying product types between January 25, 2007 and May 31, 2007. A bonus of up to $100.00 will be paid to your Preferred, Preferred 50 and Preferred Index checking account in July 2007 based on the number of recurring ACH debit or credit transactions established for your new account at a rate of $10.00 per recurring ACH. Only recurring ACH transactions qualify for this promotional bonus. Examples of common one-time ACH entries that do not qualify under this promotion are Internet purchase transactions (WEB), one-time telemarketing charges (TEL), electronic check conversions at merchant or vendor locations (ECK) and accounts receivable collections (ARC). 2 It is the intention of Countybank to credit your Preferred Checking account with an amount equal to the surcharge fee assessed by other financial institutions when you use ATM’s. Since the surcharge is automatically debited from your account by other financial institutions as part of the ATM transaction, Countybank does not have access to the exact dollar amount of the surcharge. Therefore, on occasion, your account may be credited for an amount greater than or less than the amount of the actual surcharge fee. On the occasion that you are not credited for an ATM surcharge contact Customer Service at 864-942-1524, and we will credit your account by the next business day.

3 The Basic Checking account is provided as an additional account with no minimum balance requirement or account fees with a qualifying Preferred account. A $20 monthly fee will be charged in the event the Preferred Checking account is no longer maintained or is closed.
