MERRY BAGWELL PROMOTED TO BANKING OFFICER

Countybank is pleased to announce that Merry Bagwell has been promoted
to Banking Officer. Bagwell joined Countybank as a teller in 1993 and
has advanced through various positions from Consumer and Commercial
Loan processor in 1995, to Relationship Manager in 1999, and currently
is the Information Systems Administrator responsible for all network
and telecommunication systems of the organization.
"Merry's promotion
to Banking Officer is the direct result of her organizational support
and dedication," said Claude Robinson, executive vice president
of Countybank. "Having worked with her and witnessed her many contributions
to our success, I take great pride in recognizing Merry's achievements
that earned her this position."
Bagwell is a graduate of Lander University with a Bachelor of Science
degree in Political Science. She is an active participant in the HOST
Program and is a member of Women in Technology International, the first
and only global association dedicated to advancing women in technology.
